The Banana-Nana Split!

So a funny thing happened: I was loading up for a pop up at a farmers market and I accidently goofed and brought too many banana pudding cheesecakes. How many you ask? 8 out of 9 cakes were banana! So I got creative with my toppings and surplus of banana cheesecakes to create the Banana-Nana Split!

Our banana pudding cheesecake baked on a banana bread and topped with strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and a vanilla cookie crumble.
