Our Xtreme rendition of a strawberry shortcake. A vanilla and strawberry swirled cheesecake stacked on top a strawberry cake base, wrapped in whipped cream and a strawberry crumble. Topped with a ring of strawberry glaze and fresh cut strawberry towers, there's nothing short about this cheesecake!
